Аннотация
Цель: исследовать особенности антидопингового регулирования в странах БРИКС. Материалы и методы. Использовался метод сравнительного правоведения при анализе законодательства стран БРИКС, регулирующего отношения в сфере антидопингового контроля, а также анализа доктринальных источников в исследуемой области. Результаты. Выявлены особенности антидопингового регулирования в странах БРИКС. Предложена модель антипдопингового регулирования БРИКС. Заключение. Авторы приходят к выводу о необходимости дальнейшей работы над созданием правового регулирования в сфере антидопингового контроля в рамках стран БРИКС.
